Questions Regarding Your Shopify Store

Absolutely. We've assisted businesses in migrating from various platforms including Squarespace, WordPress, and Magento to Shopify. If you don't want to re-platform, we can put you in touch with other teams that might be able to help you.

Not to worry, we will work on your custom theme on a development store till you approve of the design 100% then will upload the theme to your store.

Don't be concerned! We're here to assist you. We make every effort to accommodate all budgets.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds on custom themes because we have invested time and effort. If you are dissatisfied with the results, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied within the limits of the proposal.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on custom themes, as we have dedicated time and work. If you are unhappy with the outcome, we want to make it right and will work until you are fully satisfied within the scope of the proposal.

We accept Paypal, wire transfers and Stripe.

Don't worry, we always make a backup for every store we do in case something goes wrong! We've got your back.

Yes, we provide monthly retainers for development and support. For further information, please contact us.

We bill for the time, labor, and custom graphics and development that go into building a store. Please contact us and we can discuss the scope of the task over the phone or via Zoom.

You do, but we also store a backup copy of the source file. We're here to help you succeed, and you'll be able to keep anything we develop once our project is finished.
