EcomGraduates was founded on November 1st, 2020, however, we have about 4 years of experience as entrepreneurs, design, and 14 years in development. We've learned a thing or two along the way and can’t wait to share it with you!

We are located in United States.

We are available for our clients Monday - Friday from 12 am to 6 pm EST. Evenings and weekends are reserved for our free time, family, and friends.

No, and you should be wary of any company that guarantees results. Most of what drives a successful project are outside of an agency’s control. We can, however, use your data to show you the opportunity at hand.

Store Faq

You have come to the right place! We start by getting to know you and your requirements through a consultation call to see if you are the right fit for us.

Absolutely. We’ve helped migrate businesses from other platforms, such as Squarespace, WordPress, and Magento over to Shopify. If you are not looking to re-platform, we can make some introductions to other teams more suited to help you.

Not to worry, we will work on your custom theme on a development store till you approve of the design 100% then will upload the theme to your store.

Not to worry! We are here to help you. We only ask for 50% down and the rest upon completion of the project.

We offer custom tasks as well as full on custom theme development and design.
Please contact us and will quote out separately the job.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on custom themes, as we have dedicated time and work. If you are unhappy with the outcome, we want to make it right and will work until you are fully satisfied within the scope of the proposal.

We accept Paypal, wire transfers and Stripe.

Do not fret, we always take a backup for every store we do, just in case this happens! We have your back.

Yes, we offer monthly retainers that covers development and support. Please contact us for more details.

We charge by the time, labor, and custom graphics involved in creating a store. Please view our pricing packages. If it needs custom work or development, please reach out to us and we will discuss the scope of the work on a call or zoom for further details.

You do, however, we also keep a copy of the source file as a backup. We are here to help you succeed and you can take what we create with you after our project is completed.
