How to resend order notification emails to customer in Shopify

When an order is created or the shipment status changes, your Shopify business may send an email to customers automatically.

You may resend an order status email to your client if they didn't get it the first time around by following these steps:

      1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders > All Orders.
      2. Click on the order from the client you want to resend the email to open up the order
      3. Go to Timeline section and click onto Resend email button which is below the email you need to resend
      4. Click Send button on the dialog show up.
